Why don’t you deliver to…?
Our delivery company set delivery radius distance according to drive times in order to make sure your ice cream arrives still frozen.

Made with oats and free from allergens.

Our soft serve does not contain eggs.

Yes, both our regular soft serve and vegan soft serve are gluten-free
Is Sub Zero a Nut- Free facility?
Our soft serve ice cream is nut-free but there are nuts within the facility.
I have a severe allergy with peanuts, tree nuts, gluten…. or want to give a treat to someone with an allergy. What would you recommend?
If you or someone you know has allergies, please let our staff know. We are not a certified allergen-free facility, but we take allergies very seriously. Our staff will take special precautions, including using separate utensils and containers to avoid cross-contamination when preparing your treat.
FRESHNESS AND STORAGE
How should I store an ice cream?
Once you take the ice cream home, it’s important to store it properly to preserve its taste and texture. We recommend storing it in a sub-zero freezer, securely packed or wrapped to prevent air exposure. If stored correctly, our ice cream can maintain its deliciousness for up to 3 months.

We accept Interac and cash as forms of payment.
Is there seating available inside?
We do not have indoor seating available however, we have delightful outdoor patio area with many seatings
Do you have a public washroom?
We are a small takeout facility, we unfortunately do not have a public restroom permit as per local regulations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Can I take my family photos, wedding photos at the shop?
Yes, you’re welcome to take family or wedding photos at our shop. Please send us an email or direct message us on Instagram or Facebook to schedule a time for your professional photoshoot. We don’t charge a fee for this, and we’d appreciate it if you could share the photos on social media and tag our shop.
