Taking over in 2017, Linh has maintained the same high quality of ice cream, upheld the original recipes, while regularly adding new, exciting creations and extending our menu to include vegan options.

With a background in Biochemistry and experience in the Dental field, Linh never imagined she’d make a career out of crafting sweet treats.
Transitioning from the world of science into the universe of ice cream was a surprise and a challenge for Linh, but she couldn’t be happier. “People don’t choose their careers, they are engulfed by them,” she says.
Linh believes that she was chosen by Sub Zero to continue serving the community with delicious, stable ice cream and to discover her passion for entrepreneurship.
Using techniques from her scientific background paired with creativity, Linh takes pride in creating visually stunning and delicious ice cream.
